Halloween is upon us. The season is beginning to change and lots of focus on the upcoming holidays. I hear many people worry about putting on those extra pounds during the holidays.This doesn't have to be so. If we take practical and pre-planned practices we can get through the holidays without any extra pounds. First, If you are going somewhere where food is being served its a good idea to eat before you go. If time is crunched you can make a protein shake and drink it while you drive to your event. This gives us a strong stand when teased with holiday yummies. Tasting a few items will be fine, especially if your not starving.
